Jamilyn "Jamie" Gilmore, L.M.T. (Call/Text 330-201-1977) 

Jamilyn was born and raised in Wooster, Ohio. She graduated from Triway High School and The Wooster International Baccalaureate Program in 2015. She attended Cuyahoga Community College and graduated with a Certificate of Massage Therapy in 2020. Jamilyn is currently licensed by The State Medical Board of Ohio since 2020 as a Licensed Massage Therapist (L.M.T.). In 2022, she continued her training in the medical field at Cuyahoga Community College to receive a certification in Advanced Deep Tissue Massage Therapy. Her advanced deep tissue knowledge includes the following: myofascial release, trigger point release, positional release, muscle energy technique, pelvic stabilization, cervical mobility protocol, and joint capsule release. Jamilyn enjoys providing individualized treatments that is tailored to her patients whether it is for relaxation, therapeutic, or deep tissue massage therapy. She finds it very rewarding to help others with their pain relief, provide relaxation, and share the numerous health benefits that massage therapy can provide. Jamilyn plans to continue her education in the medical field to learn more advanced modalities of massage therapy to provide additional treatments to aid her patients. She is grateful to be a part of the Stair Steps to Wellness, LLC team as a Licensed Massage Therapist. She also enjoys being involved in the community volunteering through her local church, Trinity UCC, in Wooster. Jamilyn's hobbies include reading, yoga, tennis, and singing. Jamilyn resides in Wooster with her amazing husband Justin.


Matthew (Matt) Kelley, L.M.T. - (Call/Text 614-607-8152)

Matt was born and raised in Central Ohio. He graduated from Buckeye Valley High School. Matt continued his education at the American Institute of Alternative Medicine graduating in 2008. Matt received advanced training in deep tissue techniques, and he is certified in neuromuscular therapy which includes the techniques of myofascial and trigger point release. Matt has been licensed by The State Medical Board of Ohio since 2009 for massage therapy. He also has additional training in Hot Stone Massage therapy. The use of the heated stones along with the use of pressure that is tailored to each individual patient can help tremendously with working out the tight/tense muscles one layer at a time. Matt’s hobbies include aerial yoga and attending music festivals. Matt also enjoys making skin care products including lotions, oils, serums, and sugar scrubs.     


​Sofia Cochran (Call/Text 480-738-3647)

Sofia Cochran is a recent graduate from the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage. She completed her program in July 2023. Sofia is licensed for Therapeutic and Relaxation massage by the State Medical Board of Ohio. Sofia originally is from Arizona, and she relocated to Ohio in 2023. She enjoys crafting in her free time and continues to work on developing new skills to apply to her massage career. 


Breanna Cunningham (Call/Text 561-980-4949)

Breanna Cunningham was raised in Roseville, Ohio, and graduated from Philo High School. After that, she pursued her passion for massage therapy at Columbus State Community College. While Breanna specializes in sports massage, she also is certified in prenatal massage and has received training in hot stone therapy. Outside of work, Breanna enjoys hiking, exploring new trails, and immersing herself in nature. She also loves traveling and discovering new places, cultures, and cuisines. She is passionate about helping others feel their best through massage therapy, and she brings that same enthusiasm to everything she does. Whether working with clients or exploring the world, Breanna is always focused on growth, wellness, and new experiences!



Kaylene "Kay" Hunt, B.A., L.M.T., P.T.A. (Call/Text 419-564-0502)

Kay is originally from Columbus Grove, OH. She graduated from Tiffin University with a B.A. in Business Administration.  *Kay and Dianna met in College at N.C. State in the Massage Therapy Program, and Kay had previously worked with Dianna and Rick for several years at the beginning of starting their practice.*  Kay graduated from N.C. State College in Mansfield, OH with a Certificate of Massage Therapy, and later returned to N.C. State College and graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant Program.  She became licensed by The State Medical Board of Ohio in 2001 as a Licensed Massage Therapist (L.M.T.), and in 2016, Kay became licensed by The OTPTAT Board as a Physical Therapy Assistant (P.T.A.).  She is also a member of The American Massage Therapy Association (A.M.T.A.), and has completed additional training in Myofascial Release I, Sports Massage Therapy I & II, and is certified in "LaStone" Hot/Cold Stone Massage Therapy.  Kay uses very therapeutic massage therapy techniques including the release of trigger points and stretching.  She also currently has her own busy practice in Mansfield, OH, and has been working as a P.T.A. in a hospital setting.  Kay resides in Lucas, OH for the past 25+ years with her husband Tom, along with their two German Shepherds Charlie and Izzy.  She has been an avid runner for many years, enjoying running on both road and trails.  She is very excited to be working alongside Dianna and Rick again, along with working with the other medical professionals at the Wellness Center.   Kay enjoys working in this very beautiful, brand new facility, meeting many new patients in our area, along with reconnecting with her past patients.
